Silk Road Centre & Nestle Pakistan Organize the 3rd Heritage Photo Contest
After the success of the competitions held in 2013 & 2014, this year Silk Road Centre collaborates with Nestle to hold yet another unique edition. The Silk Road Centre is an organization whose aim is to develop and promote culture, education and the environment in Pakistan. It is also involved in research, alliance & exchange within the Silk Road region so as to advocate harmony and advancement.
Participation in Heritage Photo Contest 2015
As to honor the role water carriers both (conventional and non-conventional) play to transport water across Pakistan, you are to photograph these people while they devotedly perform this task in their natural settings. Last date for submission is 30thSeptember. Selected photographs will be featured in SRC & Nestle publications, available online and exhibited for the public in Islamabad for three days. The winners will be awarded cash prizes at the ceremony which will be held to commemorate World Day of Audiovisual Heritage in the Capital on 27th October 2015.
