Pakistani Batsman: Ahmad Shehzad

Ahmed Shehzad better known as selfie king or Shehzada (Prince) is a 23-year-old, Pakistani cricketer, born on the 23rd of November 1991. Ahmed is a right-handed outset batsman and periodically a leg-break bowler. Ahmed is generally known for his truculent batting and bellicose inclination. Habib Bank limited was the platform that initiated his career in domestic cricket. In April 2009, he played against Australia in the one day internationals, and was officially acknowledged as a Pakistani cricketer in the international cricket world.

Prior Life

Ahmed was born in Lahore in 1991. His father passed away when he was only eight months of age. At an early age of five, Ahmed was already frenzied about cricket while he played for the cricket team at his school. His keen interest in cricket was recognized by his sports teacher, who advised him to pursue a career in the field of cricket. The under-nineteen team of Pakistan had chosen him as a player; which later led him to join the national cricket team of Pakistan. He made his international debut as an opening batsman against Australia at a ODI match, in the year 2009.
