Pakistan StartUp Cup – Third Edition
For all those who have a desire to unveil an amazing business idea or have a StartUp which they wish to expand, Pakistan StartUp Cup is back with its third edition to recognize some of the brilliant business ideas and reward them.
What is StartUp Cup All About?
StartUp Cup is all about competing and learning from different businesses. It provides a chance to get mentorship for the business gurus in terms of business modeling. It conducts several business oriented workshops where competitions are held and business ideas are rewarded with around PKR one million in the competition.
Idea behind Pakistan StartUp Cup
Pakistan StartUp Cup is known for being a very experiential and coaching based program which is organized for the purpose of visually facilitating entrepreneurs. The aim is to provide entrepreneurs of Pakistan with the universal steps needed to begin a viable business. This is the biggest startup competition in Pakistan that is conducted by TiE Islamabad in collaboration with U.S Embassy.

Pakistan StartUp Cup is recognized as amongst the biggest StartUp competitions in the region. Details of Pakistan StartUp Cup 2016
The third edition of Pakistan StartUp Cup is being held in the year 2016 with a call for sharing of business ideas as it believes that only those startups will survive who are backed up by some brilliant ideas. Mentoring and Judging sessions along with the workshops will take place in Faisalabad, Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi. The event specially encourages female entrepreneurs to participate as around 50% of the startups inducted in the event will be led by females. There is no fee to participate in the program.
Prize Money
The following prize money will be awarded to the best startups:
- 1st Prize Money: PKR 1,000,000
- 2nd Prize Money: PKR 750,000
- 3rd Prize Money: PKR 500,000
