Pakistan’s private aviation company Airblue has added first-ever Pakistan’s Airbus in its fleet. The Airbus A321neo will be flown in Pakistan under the Airblue banner. This is a huge milestone for Pakistan aviation. Recently, another aviation company by the name of AirSial acquired the Class – II license for Domestic and International flights. Pakistan’s Aviation is on the right track after a long time.

The addition of the A321neo was announced by Airblue on their official Twitter account. “The Airblue team is anxiously waiting to welcome the first Pakistani Airbus A321neo to the United States, the bird is on its way”, said the tweet.

Airbus is offering domestic flights to Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Multan, and Peshawar and International flights as well to Saudi Arabia and UAE. With the addition of Airbus, the services are likely to expand to other parts of the world.

The Airbus will have LEAP-1A engines installed that are manufactured by GE Capital Aviation Services. The cost of operations for Airblue will reduce significantly as Airbus is extremely efficient in fuel consumption.
